SalaryA great opportunity has just presented at St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne in the Continuum of Care Team located at Fitzroy.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to work in the Pre admission department.As part of the pre admission team you will be part of a dynamic, supportive and friendly team.This role is often the first point of contact the patient will have with the hospital, it is therefore important that the person in this role has the highest level of Customer Service skills.In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Customer Service officer in our Continuum of Care department at our Fitzroy campus.This role can be full-time or part-time and will be pivotal in ensuring that patient registrations over the 4 campuses are accurately and competently entered into the patient administration system ensuring that the patient journey can begin.WHY WORK FOR SVPHM:
