Boral have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our NSW Quarries Logistics Tipper team. Whilst learning the business, you will be responsible for supporting the Area managers managing the daily fleet operations for the NSW/ACT regions, ensuring full compliance to internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity primarily based out of our Prestons Logistics office.

Your day will involve:
- Overseeing company drivers including workforce management such as recruitment and leave
- Overseeing medicals and on boarding of Drivers
- Ensuring safety through Toolbox Talks, inspecting customer sites and managing CoR compliance and breaches
- Contractor Management
- Undertaking Heavy Vehicle inspections
- Investigating incidents and accidents
- Resolving public queries and complaints
- Utilisation of company assets
- Stakeholder engagement with central allocations team
- Analytical assistance to continually look for improvement opportunities within the Tipper business
What are we looking for?
- A current and valid Drivers License
- Background in Logistics/ Transport, Supply Chain/ Manufacturing – desirable
- Degree in Supply chain, engineering or management is desirable
- Genuine interest and commitment towards learning and development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities within fast paced environments
- Good technological skills with the ability to learn new systems (Excel, telematics, payroll systems, etc.)
