Job Description Summary
Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team. This role is paramount to the success of our SA Water operations and offers the right candidate a busy and exciting role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Demonstrating a strong safety focus including the leadership qualities of Walk, Talk, Lead, Care
• Being an outcome driven team player
• Demonstrating respect and consideration for individuals and their experience / expertise to enhance performance.
• Constructively and professionally delivering key messages and feedback to your team, peers, leadership team and stakeholders
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement within the business, including providing guidance to team(s) about opportunities for improvement
• Abiding by all company policies and procedures and showing ethical responsibility to self and team members.
• A willingness to think openly, with a positive, adaptable mindset.
• Working collaboratively with other Field Supervisors.
• Providing on-call support and leadership on a rostered basis.
• Monitoring and analysing work order data from the field / sub-contractor.
• Performing field safety observations to ensure our people go home safely.
• Achieving goals while adhering to standards and best practices
• Reporting project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and/or stakeholders including escalation of risks as required.
