SalaryLeading Client is hiring for Field technicians for a short term of 1 -2 weeks! APPLY NOW!Job details:Job Scope/Attributes: * Unboxing, configure, and setup devices on desk locations.
- Collect and dispose of boxes/rubbish when and where needed.
- Moving of old assets where needed.
- Perform hardware swap (PC/Laptop/Peripherals).
- Decommissioning - dismantling devices, box, and package for return to base
- Perform Asset Inventory, Obtain Sign offs and Reporting when needed.
- Perform remote or onsite troubleshooting on technical issues (PC or network related).
- Escalation point, for onsite customers on L1 technical issues / setup related.
- Punctual and able to work on various tasks (includes moving devices, boxes).
- Local Government Customer Site - Will require someone trustworthy and reliable.
- Fast learner (someone who can hit the ground running quick as we have very short window to train anyone).
- 'ability to work in a team environment'
1 - 3 (IT Experience)
Fresh Grads with positive attitude will be considered but will need to have some basic technical skills or knowledge to meet the criteria.Skills
