Responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across all Tony Bianco Stores.
In this role you will be responsible for
- You will be responsible for ensuring all VM display is to a high standard
- Utilise you’re understanding on how VM drives sales and find new and exciting ways to attract customers
- Adapt to the business needs in fast and efficient timeframes e.g. promo set ups, markdowns, seasonal sale set-ups, VM directives
- Assist with setting up new directions and merch days to help deliver a consistent message to your team and the wider business
- You will work with relevant departments to ensure that stock placement is tailored to each stores “look and feel” to meet specific limitations and demographics
- Analysis of product placement in accordance with store reports and take action to address stock performance issues that may impact your stores sales performance
- Creating Visual Displays: Designing and arranging window displays, product showcases, and in-store displays to showcase merchandise in an attractive and compelling manner.
- Implementing Brand Guidelines: Ensuring that all visual merchandising aligns with the brand's guidelines and reflects its image and values.
- Visual Storytelling: Using visual elements to tell a story or convey a specific theme or message that resonates with the target audience.
- Inventory Management: Collaborating with inventory management teams to ensure that merchandise is appropriately stocked, replenished, and presented to maximize sales opportunities.
- Space Planning: Optimizing the use of space within the store to create effective traffic flow and maximize exposure to key products and promotions.
- Seasonal and Promotional Campaigns: Developing and executing visual merchandising strategies for seasonal events, holidays, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising Guidelines: Creating and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines or manuals to ensure consistency across stores and regions.
- Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to uphold quality and consistency.
