Further Details
- $145,000.00 per annum (pro rata) + 11% superannuation
- Subsidised accommodation provided at only $20 per week!!
- Salary sacrifice up to $15,900.00 + meals and entertainment
- Starting 30th of August, 2024
- Lead the development and operational plans of the facility
- Ensure the safe and quality community care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Royal Commission recommendations, Aged Care Reform agenda, and best practice clinical standards
- Develop, report on, and evaluate clinical governance systems
- Assist the CEO to develop business cases or grant applications for new business opportunities
- Unrestricted registration with AHPRA (current)
- National Crime Check within the past 12 months
- NT OCHRE Card (current)
- Manual Driver's License (current)
- Demonstrated experience in Aged Care management, ideally in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of WHS practices and guidelines
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to prioritise care and make sound clinical judgements
