Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a variety of community health care services within your region, predominately focusing on Aged Care Home Packages, and a small amount of disability service provision. You will engage with members of the local communities, and hold a pivotal role in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across different delivery streams and locations. Your consultative and collaborative approach will be the cornerstone of your success in this exciting position. Having a focus on supporting your team is the main priority - everything else can be taught!

Requirements:
- Previous recent experience in community service management, Aged Care and NDIS preferred
- Strong understanding of legislative requirements within community healthcare
- Ability to manage diverse multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage projects, complete submissions and reports etc
