Cape Training is dedicated to delivering high quality nationally recognised, Civil, Mobile plant, High risk & Mining based training and assessment programs.
Due to new FIFO Civil and Mining contracts, we are seeking experienced Civil Construction/ Surface Extraction trainers to join our training team.
The Role:
As a trainer and Assessor you will need be passionate about imparting your knowledge and skills to candidates
Cape Currently has opportunities for 2 sites with varying rosters both are FIFO from Perth.
8/6 Civil Mobile Plant Training - Take a well deserved break
4/3 Mine Site Training - Long weekend - every weekend!
Site based training and VOC's of mobile plant and equipment.
Deliver training and assessment to personnel to improve site performance, and develop skill and techniques in candidates.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Mandatory: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations (advantageous for civil role)
- Certificate III in Surface Extraction (advantageous for mining role)
- Mine site and Heavy mobile equipment experience (mine site role)
- Driver’s license and own transport.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mobile plant qualifications and/or extensive industry experience
