About the role…..
We're seeking a Trainer & Assessor Development Coordinator to ensure we have the capacity and capability of our Trainer & Assessors to ensure clients’ needs are met.
This role plays an integral part of developing exceptional trainers that deliver engaging, effective, compliant and safe training to our trainees.

Workforce Planning:
- Working with up to 70 Trainer & Assessors in building development plans based on their individual skills and knowledge to meet Training capability.
- Identify coach / mentors within the Training team and ensure development plans are being completed.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to meet maintain Trainer capability.
- Building specific resources, activities and site visits based on industry requirements to support Trainers to maintain VET currency
Compliance Coordination:
- Work closely with Training Team Leaders to ensure our trainers meet compliance standards.
- Utilize our PRIME database & Training Matrix to verify qualifications.
- Ensure trainers have all necessary paperwork and materials for successful Training sessions.
