We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join us on our new Expansion project in Kalgoorlie.
The role will be for a 3/1 FIFO roster from Perth or a local resident.
Job Description
- Mobilisation of Personnel to Site - Issuing inductions, collecting tickets and licenses, booking flights and accommodation
- Raising of purchase orders
- Maintaining site records including a site rosters and training matrix
- Timesheet data entry
- Provide general administration assistance
- Assist with maintaining quality and safety documentation
- Previous Experience as a Project Administrator (Mining or Construction industry)
- Confidence and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills - Written and Verbal
- Analytical and resourceful in solving problems and keeping to timeframes
- Capable of multitasking
- Understanding of site safety protocols
- Experience with document control
- Sound IT ability with a good understanding of MS Office - especially excel
- Current WA "C" class drivers license
- Must be available by Thursday 17/11/2022
