Project & Contract Administrator - Fifo

The Organisation 

Our client, an expanding mining operator is actively sourcing for a Project & Contract Administrator to join their team with immediate effect.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain the Document Control Register
• Draft all correspondences to the Contractors/Suppliers
• Assess variations in accordance with the contract 
• Draft variations for Project Manager approval
• Maintain site rosters
• Raise POs for minor goods
• Assess progress claims
• Recommend, liaise and set guidelines for internal and external stakeholders 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers 

Essential Criteria: 

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project or Contracts Administrator
• Relevant tertiary qualification 
• Strong commercial acumen 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to build a strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
