Our client, an expanding mining operator is actively sourcing for a Project & Contract Administrator to join their team with immediate effect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Document Control Register
- Draft all correspondences to the Contractors/Suppliers
- Assess variations in accordance with the contract
- Draft variations for Project Manager approval
- Maintain site rosters
- Raise POs for minor goods
- Assess progress claims
- Recommend, liaise and set guidelines for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project or Contracts Administrator
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build a strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
