Project Administrator - Fifo

About the role

The role will report directly to the Project Manager. 

FIFO site based - 2:1

The role provides day to day project support to Project Managers including but not limited to:

• Assisting in mobilisation requirements, including flights and accommodation bookings.  
• Administration support to the projects team.
• Preparation of documents and reports as required.
• Purchase orders as directed by Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Tracking day works and updating register.
• Ensuring the correct trades are mobilised to site.
• Document Control for projects.
• Following up sub contractors for project documentation and quotes.
• Managing documentation deliverables to project time frames.
• Managing project documentation into the company server.
• Assisting the Project Manager with all other project related items for successful delivery of the project.

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years' project administration experience in a construction / mining environment.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Previous experience in a construction office environment.
• Good verbal and email communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of document control processes.
• Understanding of Microsoft software (Word, Excel).
