Filling Coordinator- Day Shift ( Job Share Available)

The Opportunity

CSL Behring is recruiting for a Filling Coordinator- Day Shift (Job Share available) to join our team in Facility A, our Manufacturing function at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager for Commercial Filling, this exciting role will provide manufacturing leadership and subject matter expertise for the Filling, Pasteurisation, and Incubation process.

The Co-ordinator will support the Team Leader in directing daily manufacturing activities with the Facility A Filling Team resources in implementing the requirements of the manufacturing schedule. The activities will include tracking and delivering to daily manufacturing timelines, provide subject matter expertise with regards to Filling, Pasteurisation, Incubation and updating procedures.

This is a permanent opportunity with Fixed Morning Shifts (6:30am-2:21pm). We are encouraging applicants who are seeking a part time or Job Share working arrangement.

The Role

• Technically support the Team Leader to ensure successful execution of the daily routine operations.
• Prepare information for operational reports and contribute to the delivery of our goals.
• Create a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement.
• Lead Tiered accountability meetings for the area.
• Utilise process and team statistics information to manage the daily operations, understand bottlenecks and opportunities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Liaise with external support teams and escalate process issues.
• Provide scientific and technical input into interpreting any perceived in process data variability.
• Lead continuance improvement initiatives within the Facility A Filling Team to reduce manufacturing defects and improve cost efficiency whilst maintaining Quality.

To be successful:

• A tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in cGMP manufacturing, within a pharmaceutical production environment.
• Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems.
• Experience leading a manufacturing team (10+).
• Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements and environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Provide technical data during internal and external audits.
