Job Description
In this role you will take responsibility of the delivery aspects of a range of projects – typically 1 at a time, however possibly multiple projects depending on size and complexity. This will include day-to-day management of all site activities. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity onsite. Hours of work are 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Production Manager the key responsibilities of the Final Test and Inspection Supervisor are:

• Run test air-condition units on mode cycles.
• Perform inspections and programing test operation.
• Ensure work is completed on time and is compliant with WHS standards and applicable building standards and regulations
• Regularly inspection and ITPs submission to ensure quality assurance control procedures are met
• Maintain strong relationships and oversee day-to-day activities
• Implementing WHS procedures that include best practice procedures to complete projects
• Run toolbox meetings, pre-start, site meetings, and safety walks
• Providing Technical advice to subcontractors as required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Qualifications
Qualifications

• HVAC service technician, with experience as a supervisor
• Refrigeration Licence – must be current
• Australian Restricted Electrical Licence – must be current
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
• Good customer service skills
