Job DescriptionIn this role you will take responsibility of the delivery aspects of a range of projects – typically 1 at a time, however possibly multiple projects depending on size and complexity. This will include day-to-day management of all site activities. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity onsite. Hours of work are 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday.Reporting to the Production Manager the key responsibilities of the Final Test and Inspection Supervisor are:Run test air-condition units on mode cycles.Perform inspections and programing test operation.Ensure work is completed on time and is compliant with WHS standards and applicable building standards and regulationsRegular inspection and ITPs submission to ensure quality assurance control procedures are metMaintain strong relationships and oversee day-to-day activitiesImplementing WHS procedures that include best practice procedures to complete projectsRun toolbox meetings, pre-start, site meetings, and safety walks QualificationsQualificationsHVAC service technician, with experience as a supervisorRefrigeration Licence – must be currentAustralian Restricted Electrical Licence – must be currentHighly developed interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of WHS requirementsStrong diagnostics and fault-finding abilitiesGood customer service skills Additional InformationWe are a dynamic team that offers a supportive environment, training and development opportunites and competitive salary.At Temperzone we believe that our people are our strength, so it is important to us to have the right people in the right roles to move us into the future.Temperzone is an equal opportunity employer wishing to increase our philosophy of the customer experience.
