An opportunity now exists for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join the company on a full time, permanent basis.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in compiling, analysing and reporting the financial data of GT Viticulture, working closely with all members of the GT Viticulture team. You will be expected to learn and maintain an interest in sustainable organic and biodynamic vineyard operations and activities.
These responsibilities encompass various key areas:
- Payroll Management
- Client Billing
- Accounts Payable
- Cashflow Management
- Financial Reporting
About You
- This role would suit an experienced accountant or bookkeeper with exposure to the viticultural or agricultural industries. The ability to work independently to achieve goals and deadlines is a necessity. In addition the following is required as a minimum:
- Diploma in Accounting
- Experience in Xero or similar accounting software (MYOB, Reckon)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Minimum 4 years accounts experience including Payroll & BAS/IAS
