We are a medium sized development company operating in the inner city area, looking for a mature, experienced person to fill the following position.
About the role
The Accounts and Administration Manager is responsible for managing all administration. This includes office management; book-keeping; reconciliation; ordering of materials; management of selections; developing and maintaining excel registers to track and reconcile orders.
Computer competency; book-keeping; accounts management experience; competency in MYOB and Microsoft Office are a compulsory requirement. Experience in Construction and/or Real estate would be preferable.
This role would be suited to a person who has the ability to work unsupervised and has attention to detail. A professional manner and ability to deal with a diversity of matters is essential.
Hours are Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm, and a generous remuneration package together with flexibility of hours is available for the successful applicant.
