About the vacancy
Main Duties:
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support
- Organise data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics
- Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and operations control.
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, operating records, financial statements, etc.
- Reviewing, analysing, and providing insights on operations
- Tracking KPIs and preparing dashboards.
- Involved in the monthly close processes and to provide insights to key business drivers in understanding business performance.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Presenting weekly and monthly performance data to both local and global key stakeholders
- Reviewing and analysing high volumes of financial data.
- Understanding key business drivers.
- Performing research and analysis as required.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Multiple and varying financial projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related Field
- CA or CPA qualified
- Min 3 years' experience in a financial role
- Experience with financial systems and platforms
- Experience in the supply chain industry
- Working knowledge of financial strategies
- Well-developed analytical and accounting skills.
- Ability to analyse and manipulate large volumes of data.
- High level time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, with an initiative-taking attitude.
- Meticulous and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle, or related financial systems, Power BI
