About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for our client's Finance team in Perth. Responsibilities include query response, cost centre reconciliation, journal entries, report generation, and problem-solving. This position is Monday to Friday and offers 40 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries from customers and FBP group.
- Reconcile employee cost centres.
- Post accrual entries and calculate provisions.
- Supporting Journal preparation.
- Generating management reports.
- Posting cost corrections.
- Collate information, write instructions, and generate a report.
- Problem solving
- Reviewing accounts and cost centres
- Purchase order review and correction
- Any other ad-hoc request or analysis
Skills & Experience Required:
- Background in Financial/Management Account or Audit
- OR
- Background in Administration/Processing/Transactional
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc)
- Experience with Power BI (Desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP (Desirable)
- Australian C Class drivers' licence
