The Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and operational effectiveness of the business. Working closely with senior finance veterans, including ex-Big 4 professionals, and having direct access to the Group CFO, you will develop in-depth knowledge of key business drivers, analyse trends, and provide long-term forecasts. This role is essential for driving process improvement and supporting strategic decision-making within the finance function and the broader organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Partnering:
- Drive the delivery and ongoing use of value-add reporting capabilities across corporate functions and clinic leadership roles.
- Prepare the forecast model leveraging business knowledge gained through relationships and consultation with department heads and business partners.
- Support and identify improvements in reporting and analytical capabilities of existing systems within the finance and wider business.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, including planning, execution, and collaboration with finance business partners to meet deadlines for board submission.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide insight on key business drivers, working with finance business partners and analytics team members to document insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain reports to support all levels of the organisation in understanding financial and operational performance.
- Prepare feasibility studies for growth initiatives.
Support the finance function with end-of-month (EOM) reporting tasks and analysis as required.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of management accounts and statutory reporting.
Corporate Valuation Model:
- Support the Reporting Manager and Group Financial Controller in developing, updating, and analysing the corporate valuation model (CVM).
- Provide insight and guidance to the senior leadership team on outcomes of CVM reforecasts.
- Model scenarios to understand debt covenant sensitivities and other investing ratios.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with a strong commercial and analytical background, who is proficient in financial modelling and business intelligence tools.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Corporate Valuation Model: Ability to maintain and potentially build a Corporate Valuation Model, with strong Excel skills.
- Cultural Fit: Deadline-driven, attention-to-detail analyst who can support, collaborate, and effectively communicate.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Power Query and Power Automate for pulling data from the warehouse and building dashboards and reports.
- Financial Analysis: Experience in providing insight on key business drivers and preparing feasibility studies for growth initiatives.
- Business Partnering: Ability to develop and leverage business relationships to prepare forecast models and support improvements in reporting and analytical capabilities.
