(part of Eagers Automotive) currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Finance & Insurance Business Manager in Melville.
  
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for selling Finance and Insurance products to customers and providing excellent customer experience. This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.
  
Duties will include:

• Maximising the profitable sales of Finance and Insurance
• Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business 
• Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
• Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
• Delivering value for customers
• Ensuring the administrative operations are completed accurately

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 8pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm
 
About you:
  
If you are a highly motivated, driven individual with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - we would love to hear from you!
  
Ideally you will possess:

• Must be currently experienced with providing finance or lending services
• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and be driven by results
