Finance Assistant

If you have a high level of analytical skills and attention to detail, and want to work in a great supportive team with access to salary packaging benefits, this position could be for you.

Duties include:

• Assisting with the billing and claiming of NDIS funding
• Monitoring the recording of financial transactions
• Completing financial assessments, analysis, costings and reporting
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheets
• Maintaining the Assets Register
• Providing support to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll teams when required

About You:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with others, provide and accept advice and assistance from colleagues to meet common goals
• Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Creative and effective problem solving skills 
• Accounting qualifications or experience preferred
