About the RoleWork with assistant director to ensure budget allocations are made in accordance with program changes in order to facilitate long-term planning.
Duties- Prepare and distribute operating budgets for 2024/25 to branches and divisions under instructions of the assistant director.
- Undertake detailed financial analysis of branch/division's variance to budget and forecast.
- Undertake quality assurance of feasibility assessments and cost estimates, assumptions and justifications on the 2024-25 budgets.
Skills and Experience- Experience working with SAP and/or TM1
What's on offerThe successful candidate will notionally be offered a 6month hourly rate contract at the APS6 level. This position can be based in Canberra or Parramatta.As this role is with the Federal Government, only Australian citizens that hold an active baseline clearance, or an ability to obtain will be considered for this vacancy.
