ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, this newly created position is an instrumental part of both the Finance & Panel Management teams, the international expansion strategy and the yield optimisation agenda for Pureprofile.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintaining and improving a 'panel yield' model - pairing supply & demand metrics in order to predict future shortfalls or over supplies
- Being an integral part of the team transforming business systems relating to the data capture, measurement & analysis of our users, including developing reporting tools to support data driven decision making
- Advise the team negotiating new partnerships around pricing and profitability of proposals, including evaluating partnership opportunities and suggested alternative pricing
- Working collaboratively with the wider finance team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of tools and systems
ABOUT YOU
Pureprofile is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for data analysis, process improvement and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong and well-developed communication skills to liaise with business units in a sale or commercial environment
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing structures, margins, and overall profitability to make informed recommendations
- A love for data and able to deep dive large datasets to highlight trends on an adhoc basis
- Curate data & develop reports to generate live insights, replacing adhoc analysis where possible
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in utilising analytical tools and languages such as SQL, SAP, Power BI, BW/SAC or similar software for data interpretation and visualization
- Experience working in FMCG or Market Research Sector would also be highly regarded. As would SQL language proficiency
