The opportunity
Our Finance team are excited to be seeking a budget and month end specialist preferably with a background in financial services to join their high performing team in the role of Finance Business Partner on a short-term basis (10 months) due to an internal secondment. Acting as a key conduit between Finance and business teams, you will take responsibility for providing timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and insights into key drivers of variances to support internal stakeholders efficiently and effectively. The role will also be a key contributor to the annual budget process and assist with preparation of board reporting, ad-hoc analysis and transactional support to the business.
About you
Ideally CPA / CA (or working towards) you'll have significant experience in the month end close process, budgeting and Business Partnering and display a deep and authoritative knowledge of this area and be able to make an immediate impact. This is a critical role within our organisation so naturally your functional expertise is ably supported by outstanding communication and relationship building skills and an ability to provide accurate, professional and credible advice to a wide variety of stakeholders.
