Finance Business Partner - Retail

Based in their corporate head office, with flexibility to work from home, this role will see you working in their high calibre team. 

The Role 
This role will see you working as a Finance Business Partner / Analyst to support leaders in the sales & marketing function. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your key responsibilities will include:  
 

• Finance Business Partnering teams in Sales (P&L, Revenue, Trade Spend) & Marketing (NPD projects);
• Supporting the Commercial Manager in various parts of the promotional cycle process, systems maintenance as well as continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial Finance;
• Provide financial support for your group on spend projection for all planning cycles; 
• Work closely with the your Business Partners on their spend;
• Partner with both Sales to ensure that claims are resolved in a timely manner; 
• Provide financial P&L support; 
• Driving effectiveness / efficiencies; and
• Support on NPD Projects.

   
The Person
You will be CPA/CA/CIMA qualified with experience in a commercial role demonstrating strong planning, partnering with sales/marketing functions coupled with excellent influencing skills. Experience in scenario/finance modelling & analysis (Advance Excel skills) and an ability to question the data and provide insights is essential.
