The Role:
This organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their finance team. Reporting into the Manager - Business Partnering, you will play a key role in providing financial leadership and support to key business units, enabling informed decision-making and driving the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and performance evaluation of key business units, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Lead the development of budgets and forecasts for assigned business units, collaborating with stakeholders to align financial objectives with organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders to develop financial plans and strategies, supporting the achievement of targets and cost efficiencies.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, providing meaningful analysis and commentary to stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
