This is a fast paced and dynamic role, working with a collaborative Operations team, located in our Parkside office. The Finance Coordinator is responsible for facilitating finance approvals on behalf of our customers and the business.
Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your responsibilities will include: Working across the business in supporting and educating team members and customers surrounding finance approval requirementsRegularly liaise with lenders, brokers and banks to facilitate finance approval processSupporting customers in arranging and completing finance documentation; and Regularly forecast and report on customers finance status and approved dates.

The successful candidate will have: Proven experience working with mortgage broker, lending consultant or banking professional, with a particular emphasis on the first homeowner market and construction loans
Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and customers
Ability to foster productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service
Effective time management skills and an ability to work autonomously to meet conflicting deadlines
Proven ability in being a member of a successful, dynamic and results focused customer service team
Ability to clearly identify people’s needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and the business; and Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills.
