Compliance Coordinator

Champagne Recruitment is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Coordinator to join a dynamic team to support accreditation processes for a well-respected organisation based in the North-Western suburbs of Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ISO accreditation processes, with a preference for candidates possessing ISO lead auditing experience.
• Conduct ISO audits as required, with a minimum requirement of ISO auditing experience.
• Occasional travel may be necessary to meet auditing requirements.
• Demonstrate understanding of ISO standards (or a willingness to learn)
• Develop and implement new programs, create new procedures, forms, and auditor training materials.
• Utilise lateral thinking, concise documentation, and analytical skills to deliver effective programs.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education is essential.
• Be a quick learner.
• Attention to detail (highest attention to detail)
• Exemplar oral and written communication 
• Managerial work experience is preferred.
• Excellent writing and computer skills are essential.
• Decisiveness and good time management skills are essential.
• Compliance mentality is preferred.
• Ability to develop new programs is essential.
• IT security background is preferred.
