Project Coordinator & Client Services

Ray White Projects SA are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. 

Focusing on the marketing and sale of projects across South Australia; our team works with developers and builders across a variety of developments from land divisions to high density townhouse projects through to high-end custom built homes.

A focus of this role includes managing team operations, developing and improving systems, liaising with clients, implementing and managing marketing campaigns for our business and projects listings. 

The dynamic role will include a variety of responsibilities, including the below: 

• Managing daily team operations & meetings
• Preparation and issuing of weekly vendor reports 
• Preparing project listings with assistance from the administration team
• Managing the marketing campaigns including the production of marketing materials alongside our graphic designer and appointed marketing agencies
• Provide marketing insights to developers for project campaigns, including new strategies and costs (portals, social, eDMs etc)
• Collaborate with our National Projects team to implement RWP marketing/branding across websites and social media 
• Assist buyers from sale through to settlement providing construction updates, liaising with conveyancers and mortgage brokers
• Continuing with the evolution of the team systems and procedures
• Develop, document and implement business processes
• Management of our Projects focused CRM system and database
• Preparing project proposals/submissions, reports, presentations, contracts, and other sales documentation (Canva)
• Organise team/client events and meetings
