Finance Director - Leading Global Advertising Agency

A leading Global Advertising Agency is seeking a Finance Director to business partner their leadership team and take ownership of their finance function.
 
Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Working with your CEO and the Senior Leadership team to understand each strategic objective and business plan.
• Pricing, deep dive analysis and development of KPI dashboards.
• Presenting budgets and forecasts and business plans to the Board.
• Working with clients to develop competitive contractual arrangements.
• Improve agency wide financial awareness.
• Ensuring your finance team deliver an accurate month end, budgets and forecasts, commercial analysis and statutory reports.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing your finance team.

Applicants will only be considered who are CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 8 - 15 years experience. All applicants should have previous Advertising experience at a CFO or Finance Director level.

It is essential that you can communicate complex financial information to non-finance staff and have the ability to commercialise exisiting and new client and supplier contractual arrangements. They are seeking a technically strong Finance Director who can continuously improve their systems to ensure they have the very best finance processes and procedures.
