Are you an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager looking to join Newstead's centrally located Metro Ford Dealership?
2024 is earmarked by Ford as an exciting year to be involved with the brand. Our Ford dealership has seen significant growth and an increase in stock volume. With a popular model line-up that includes Australia's best selling vehicle, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced F&I Manager looking to make a strong career move.
In this crucial role, you will work alongside our dynamic Sales, Car Care and Administration teams, to provide the Ultimate Customer Experience to our valued customers with the unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”. Our Ford CX (Customer Satisfaction) is our highest priority and a daily focus. We are looking for someone to align with our business, our values and our vision.

The Role
- Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the Automotive industry
- Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our guests
- Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts, quotes and policies
- A strong focus on selling ancillary products in addition to finance contracts
- Maintaining F&I Training
- Identify and exceed the needs of customers by providing in-depth advice and service
- A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly KPI’s & goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Finance Retention & Prospecting Mindset
- Impeccable time management
- Great administration skills
- High attention to detail
- A process driven mindset & “I can help you with that” attitude
- A strong desire to be a high achiever with an attitude driven to succeed
- Must clear a Bankruptcy and Police Check
