The Opportunity
As part of our ongoing growth, Trak Racer presents an exceptional opportunity for a Finance, Logistics and Inventory Administrator to join our headquarters team. This role will be instrumental in managing a small team to ensure accuracy of inventory receipts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and more.
We are seeking a proactive and autonomous individual with a proven track record in a data and process driven role. Strong familiarity with accounts payable and receivable principles, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as we continue to expand our presence nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in invoice processing, including data entry, coding, and verification
- Drive ERP improvement and streamline processes
- Coordinate payment runs to ensure timely vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and address payment inquiries or disputes
- Contribute to financial statement preparation and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information
- Prepare operational reports to aid teams in administrative tasks such
- Assist with external Financial Audit
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Due to Trak Racer's rapid growth, the administrator role will also involve various ad-hoc finance and office administration tasks as assigned, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and involvement in diverse projects.
