Reporting to Finance Manager Operations & Darnum, this highly varied and fast paced role will see you responsible for managing the administrative operations of the site, as well as leading the Liquids Inventory.As the Factory Administrator, you will collate monthly and weekly reports, manage utilities including enquiries and payments, as well as managing service contracts such as cleaners and gardeners. You will also process accounts payable and receivable, provide high quality reports, and processing of accounts.This role will also see you perform the accurate daily milk intake receipts reconciliation with Milk Pay Reports, the creation and maintenance of daily silo batches and administration and reconciliation of Milk Swaps Account for the Darnum site.You will also:
- Conduct daily collection and entry of data pertaining to Liquid movement on site.
- Provide daily confirmation of test results and weighbridge weights.
- Raise invoices for Liquids sales.
- Perform weekly reconciliation of Liquid movement on site.
- Diploma in Administration, Logistics or previous experience in a related field.
- Good numeracy, time management and organisational skills.
- Previous exposure to financial systems. (SAP or other)
- Comfortable with all common Office components and strong Excel skills.
