FINANCE MANAGER
Mosaic Support Services has a vacancy within our Finance team for a Finance Manager. This 12-month maximum term full time opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced management accountant, who enjoys the challenges of working in a changing environment.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will exercise managerial responsibility and accountability and build strong business partnerships within the organisation.
The position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the planning and analytic capability, that will provide senior leadership with the appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure the performance of the organisation. This will include the development and production of management and financial reporting. The role will also provide oversight of all aspects of the payroll function.

We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated experience in management accounting and is also able to coach others with financial interpretation.
You will also have:
- Formal accounting qualifications including CA/CPA
- 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with oversight of payroll.
- An analytical mind with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Experience with MYOB Advanced and Power BI (Desirable).
- Previous experience leading and supporting a small team.
Must Haves
- Current drivers’ license.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
- Current National Criminal Background Check (Police Check).
