Reporting into our Global Finance Delivery Lead in Treasury Business Solutions (TBS - our shared services division), this role will see you being responsible for Record to Report (RTR) deliverables across BAU, month-end close, reporting and analysis which will see you building strong working relationships with stakeholders across TBS, Supply Finance and the offshore team in Mumbai.
Note there may be some occasional travel within Australia and Mumbai as required.
- Oversee month-end delivery of RTR Supply work as required - supported by Mumbai TBS team
- Support monthly reporting activities including analysis and commentary as required
- Balance Sheet reconciliations - review/approve reconciliations and support/manage monthly delivery and progressively improve list of open items
- Work closely with the Supply Finance team to identify and support process change and improvements
About you
We are searching for an experienced RTR finance professional with a continuous improvement mindset. Ideally, you will have worked in a shared services environment with an offshore team. Experienced in change management, you'll be someone who feels at ease delivering in a hands-on, dynamic and global environment.
- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong preference for RTR finance experience in Supply/Manufacturing/FMCG
- Understanding of inventory management accounting processes would be advantageous
- Deliver a structured, organised approach to ensure quality outcomes are delivered in accordance with tight timeframes
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge with a solutions mindset
