AddressWe have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Project Accounting and Reporting team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
As the Finance Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Project Accounting & Reporting Manager delivering the project accounting & reporting for Enterprise Services. This includes delivering all aspects of project accounting and reporting activities as well as the preparation of other necessary reports to ensure timely, accurate, efficient, and informed reporting. You will support project transition activities, team management and prioritisation.
This role is a key business partner to Group Services, with stakeholder management and communication key skills. You will execute and manage the implementation of changes and enhancements to systems and processes and identify and report continuous improvement initiatives in relation to the project accounting processes and systems. In addition, your role will see you collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, creating as well as maintaining effective working relationships to increase networks and allow for knowledge sharing.
To be successful in this role, CA/CPA qualifications, or equivalent, will be essential as well as strong excel/system skills and demonstrated experience in managing projects and project accounting and reporting. Knowledge and use of Data Analytics tools is preferred.
A confident self-starter you possess the ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives. You have strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to make the complex simple in pursuit of clear deliverables. Your personal qualities will include a tenacious and positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to build excellent rapport with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
