Job Description
Developing and monitoring all financial systems for the Hotel with a view to improve and streamline procedures
Ensuring that AccorHotels policies and procedures are implemented and internal controls are operating effectively.
Managing the end to end weekly payroll process which includes completing month end and year end payroll reconciliations.
Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all weekly, monthly and quarterly annual reports.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role or other finance role.
The ability to act as a true luxury Sofitel brand ambassador bringing with you excellent presentation and communication skills, perfection for the smallest of details.
Passion for Finance.
Confidence and ability to provide analysis and reporting on workforce planning and payroll/recruitment in accordance with budgets
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build business relationships within the hotel and other stakeholders.
