Our clients continued portfolio growth has created an opening a Finance Manager or experienced Senior Accountant with corporate or property experience to join the team.
Woking closely with the financial controller and management across funds for both Corporate and Real Estate you will:-
Monitor portfolio compliance and providing reports both internal management and stakeholders.
Manage budgeting, forecasts, financial analysis, financial calculations and analyse leasing and property deals for financial performance.
Utilise business partnering skills working with other departments to ensure accurate financials for business decisions.
Lead audit, tax compliance and statutory reporting for funds and interpret technical accounting paper for other teams.
Your key skills and experience
5years+ experience in Finance Management or Senior Accountant holding CA/CPA
Experience in corporate of property within funds management.
Performance oriented with innovative mindset.
Strong communication to synthesise information for others.
Ability to adapt to fact environments and strong team player.
