Our client is a fast-growing FMCG business, serving a broader Australian and Global market by moving into wholesale and scaling rapidly. The company employs +70 FTE.
They are based in Ingleburn, and you will work for 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days from home. Free parking is available onsite.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial Control, month-end etc
- Running FP&A and the budget process
- Finance Operations, AP/AR etc.
- Other adhoc projects such as transformation, operating model and process improvement initiatives
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders and external advisers
- Financial reporting for relevant stakeholders – Weekly (internal) and Monthly, Quarterly, Annually (external – banks, shareholders)
- Analysis on true profitability of each product
- Work with other departments to optimise financial performance – Supply-Chain, Production, Maintenance
- Payroll (weekly)
- ATO Submissions & reporting
- Liaising with suppliers/customers on credit/debit discrepancies
- Liaison for Tax and statutory reporting
The ideal candidate will possess experience the following:
- 5 years+ experience in financial & management accounting
- CPA/CA Qualified
- Book keeping, Tax, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll experience
- Chartered and commercial experience highly regarded
- Data skills, eg. using tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Ability to business partner and influence stakeholders
- Full Australian working rights & fluent English skills
