Day to Day:
- Oversee all aspects of the Finance department, including the leadership of a small team (2) of finance professionals
- Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate financial systems, procedures and internal controls to support the efficient operation of the finance function
- Perform project costing and analysis. Monitor performance in close collaboration with the leadership team.
- Provide cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Drive the automation and improvement of finance systems and processes and strengthen cost controls. Ensure technology solutions align with best practice.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the company’s strategic plan. Utilise your commercial intellect to drive results
- Provide analysis / performance insights that aid growth, ensure appropriate resource allocation and or deliver cost efficiencies.
- Provide regular commentary around variance to budgets and forecasts
- Ensure timely monthly reporting
- Maintain responsibility for meeting all statutory obligations

About You:

- You have completed CA or CPA qualifications.
- You’re a problem solver, analytical thinker and decision-maker.
- Previous experience in manufacturing / construction / related industries would be advantageous.
