Your Mission
We have a great opportunity for a Finance Manager Retail to join the team!
The focus of the role is to manage SAP GL retail related interfaces, ensure accurate and reliable accounting records, and support external and internal reporting relating to the Australian and New Zealand PUMA businesses.
Key responsibilities:
PRISM/OMS reconciliations to SAP and batch error checking.
Variable rent calculations and accruals.
Processing promo recharges from stores/Ecom.
Preparation of annual audited sales certificates for stores.
Administration of retail store leases and documentation.
Processing retail store stock takes (SAP and PRISM).
Preparation of month end reporting, including retail entry files & retail reports.
Support the business with ongoing Retail projects.
Ensure daily retail finance procedures are being correctly followed with adherence to global retail policies and procedures.
Responsible for implementing Automation Intelligence (AI) to assist improvements to current processes and procedures.
Assisting Senior Retail Manager with financial accounting tasks as required .
