This is an opportunity for a highly skilled finance professional to join a collaborative team and support the growth of the business. Located in the Northern suburbs. About the Opportunity
As the Finance Manager, you will report to the Director and oversee financial operations. Your key deliverables will include but not limited to:
Lead a high performing finance team
General Ledger consolidation
Prepare year end statutory accounts
Business Partnering to provide strategic accounting advice, support achieve monthly budgeted results
Consolidate monthly financial reports
Cash flow management
Prepare tax and statutory reporting requirements, including GST, BAS, FBT, working with the external Tax team
Assist monthly payroll reconciliations, journals
Identify and implement process improvements
Ideal Profile You will be CPA qualified with 5 years experience in a Finance Manager role or similar. Interpersonally, you are deadline driven, inquisitive, with attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You are meticulous in your approach and thrive in a fast pace and challenging yet supportive environment. Demonstrated experience in Inventory management is essential.
