Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of the business and actively engage in the implementation of best practices, enhancing processes, and shaping the business's strategic financial direction.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision-making
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial legislation
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Develop and manage financial models, planning, and budgeting processes
- WIP calculation and project tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a small/medium-sized business
- Progress claims experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
