About the role
We have an opportunity to join our finance team on a permanent basis. This client facing position is responsible for providing effective and efficient financial and administration services that enable the production of accurate and timely financial reports and that also maintain the integrity of the financial records of the organisation within the relevant statutory guidelines.
General
- Manage confidential information with the sensitivity required.
- Identify and report any concerns regarding suspicious activity, spending or behaviour.
Knowledge & Experience
- Competence in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Desire to learn and improve processes
- Detail minded ”hands on” approach being able to perform multiple tasks
- Experience with accounts receivable processes and customer interaction
Skills
- Analytical skills, a meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and resilient
- Prioritise and delegate including passing on appropriate work as required with the aim of having reports and payments done in a timely manner.
- Able to effectively communicate with different departments and staff at all levels of the business to ensure the quick and timely reconciliation of reports and payments.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills with the ability to create & maintain internal & external working relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Organised, pro-active and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with high transaction volume.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Undertaking invoicing, reconciliations & general accounts duties
- Accounts Payable & Receivable assistance
- Processing customer payments, reconciling customer accounts
- Monitor and following up on overdue debts
- Managing group email inbox
- Customer service (phone and email)
- Supporting our Sales Team and Products teams when required to resolve customer issues
- General data entry and ad hoc accounts tasks
