- This role is permanent, full-time and can be offered as working remotely.
- Total Remuneration Package (inclusive of superannuation) from $100,000 and is negotiable based on experience and other relevant candidate criteria.

About YouYou are a compliance professional, able to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage deadlines. You bring exceptional attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, the ability to simplify complex information, and a keen interest in legislative matters.Ideally, you have tertiary qualifications in related area of study.A min. 3 years' experience in an Authorised deposit-taking institution (ADI) in a compliance role is a key requirement.Your responsibilities will typically include:
- Supporting the implementation of compliance related changes to regulatory and statutory obligations of Regional Australia Bank
- Ensuring operational compliance reporting registers and Compliance Management Systems are maintained and compliance obligations met
- Identifying, assessing and if required reporting any potential issues or breaches, and regulatory and statutory obligations
- Reviewing and assessing compliance issues, concerns.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide specialist advice
- Providing guidance to Compliance Officers
- Providing compliance support for internal projects including marketing collateral reviews.
