AddressFinance Officer – Accounts Payable Job Share (HR 65/24)
Continuing Full-time 76 hours/fortnight
EA Level 4 ($68,774 - $75,932 per annum )
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts Payable specialist to join our Finance team. This position is also responsible for preparing general ledger reconciliations and the list of payments report for Council; administering petty cash, preparing statutory returns, and assisting other Finance team members. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven ability to achieve high standard output (attention to detail, speed and accuracy)
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable discipline or similar
- Demonstrated experience in reconciliation of subsidiary systems to general ledger accounts
- Working knowledge of GST
- High level of IT competency for data entry and reporting
