Accounts Payable Officer

Civmec is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Accounts Payable team located in  Henderson. This position offers flexible working options, including part-time days or full days with school hour options. Let us know what works best for you!

• Receive, review, and process invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any invoice discrepancies or payment issues promptly.
• Perform regular reconciliation of Accounts Payable balances and ensure any discrepancies are addressed.

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role is required .
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
