AddressWe are seeking a candidate with a passion for administration and accounts to join our client as an Accounts Payable Officer. This is a permanent part-time position, offering 30.4 hours per week with flexibility regarding days and hours of work.
We particularly encourage applications from First Nations candidates for this role. Prior experience in Accounts Payable is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable duties
- Reception duties
- Site Administration tasks, including managing uniforms, stationery, catering, and supplies for the staff lunchroom
- No prior experience in Accounts Payable required (training provided)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, especially during month ends
