Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable

This role is primarily based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, which is conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport. Featuring 276 guest accommodation rooms, newly refurbished 16 Meeting & Events Conference rooms and the Airo Restaurant & Bar, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is the perfect landing place. 

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Officer will be responsible for processing invoices, resolution of invoices and payment queries, managing accounts payable end of month and reconciliations.

The successful Finance Officer will:

• Complete a range of tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Income Audit as assigned
• Complete reconciliation of daily reporting 
• Assist with End of Month processes
• Assist with External and Internal Audit preparation.
• Monitoring of adherence to various internal controls and policy & procedures

Ideally you will have:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Hospitality Industry Experience is preferred
• SAP & Opera experience preferred
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment
